A real person reads these. If it is about a card you are thinking of buying, ask before you buy — we would rather answer a question than take a return.
Include your order number if you have one. If you are asking about a specific card, the set and the card number get you a faster answer than the name alone — plenty of cards share a name.
We are a small shop, not a call centre. Most emails are answered the same day, and we will always tell you if something is going to take longer.
The short answers
- What does delivery cost?
- £3.95, tracked, anywhere in the UK. Free over £40.00. Orders placed before 3pm go out the same day.
- How is it packed?
- Sleeve, toploader, team bag, rigid mailer. Every order, including the ten-pence ones.
- What condition are the cards?
- Every single is checked front and back under a light before it is listed, and the condition notes include the bad news. Ask if you want a closer look at a particular card before ordering.
- Something arrived wrong.
- Email us and we will sort it. The refund policy has the formal version.
